Porches! Who doesn’t love them? Not only a wonderful front porch but also a to-die-for side screened porch. #bestofbothworlds You can make it as cozy and private as you like with shrubs and flowers or open and airy so you can greet your neighbors as they pass by. The River’s Edge is a wonderful one story house plan! Welcome, LiveWell Home Design – you’ll be seeing more of their plans in the future!

River’s Edge House Plan (SL1977) by LiveWell Home Design for Southern Living!

This is the River’s Edge house plan (SL1977) by LiveWell Home Design for Southern Living. This plan is 1,721 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. First off, as I mentioned above, you enter onto a welcoming front porch which is plenty deep and affords many different configurations of furniture, which is nice!

When you walk into this plan, you are greeted with an open living, dining, kitchen area on the left side of the house – this area leads to a mud room with a washer and dryer as well as entry via the back door. Who wouldn’t love that?

On the right side of this plan is an office/bedroom as well as another bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom. In the back right corner is the master suite with a wonderful closet and bathroom. What dreams are made of, right? Be sure to check out more of LiveWell Home Design’s plan via the links below!
