Moser Design Group has fabulous house plans, and the Darby Cottage is no exception. I love, love, love the screened porch on the side of the house. I think it adds so much charm. In addition to charm it’s got some wonderful features like a double fireplace (living room and screened porch). Screened porch with a fireplace! #swoon✨

This is the Darby Cottage plan (TNH LC 41A) by Moser Design Group. This plan is 2,326 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

I’m all about a nice porch and there is a nice size porch on the front of this home – as well as a fabulous screened side porch (as I mentioned earlier) – that alone makes this plan a winner to me. When you enter this plan there is an entry space followed by an open kitchen, dining, living area. Each space is generous in size. If you walk straight past the living areas there is a powder room, stairs to the second story and a wonderful master bedroom. In the bedroom, I like that the closet is on one side and the bathroom is on the other (vs. a closet inside a bathroom). There is also a side/back porch – which is quite wonderful!

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms, which is so nice! A fabulous plan for sure! Check out the various links for more information on this plan!
