Charm. Oodles of it. I love the front door with the transom, and the wonderful, welcoming front porch. You can see in the 3D Model all sides of this plan. The windows are gorgeous, and it’s a nice clean look. This is a two story plan, with master downstairs.

This is the East Beach Cottage (143173) house plan by Allison Ramsey Architects. This plan is 1,628 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. You walk into an entry way with view of the stairs, then you turn and walk into an open living/dining/kitchen layout. There is a small laundry area off the kitchen and a powder room, which is right off the screened porch entry from the back of the house. I would think if you needed a larger laundry area, you could work with the folks at Allison Ramsey – if the screened porch wouldn’t be as useful to you, maybe you could enclose and make it a mudroom/laundry area, and use the existing laundry area as a small pantry? The master bedroom, bathroom, closet is on the back of the house and it’s magnificent.

Upstairs are two bedrooms with a shared bath. Perfect! Be sure to check out the links above (and below) – you’ll see a 3D model as well as real images – wow!
