**Cherau Residence by Lake + Land Studio**

This is the Cherau house plan by Lake + Land Studio. This plan is 2,489 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The layout is open (living, dining, kitchen) with a walk-in pantry, an office space and OH! my fav… the music room – which I would use as a guest suite, or reading spot where it’s nice and quiet with a great view, breeze wafting in from the water, making the pages of the book flutter – I would have a coffee bar 🙂 and I think I would be set for life.

When I say there is a lot of living to be done in this house, I truly mean it. This plan is 4,564 square feet underneath the roof. The great thing about this plan is that the designers at Lake + Land can work with you to make the plan your very own.
