Duck Blinds House Plan by Allison Ramsey Architects!

Duck Blinds Plan C0050 by Allison Ramsey Architects

Sweet as can be, right? This is a small house, but it’s far from tiny. This plan lives much larger than what it looks. Don’t you love that it has so much charm? New homes often are lacking charm compared to homes that are older, yet this one has the best of both worlds. Charm + Efficiency = Woohoo!

This is the Duck Blinds plan (C0050) by Allison Ramsey Architects. This plan is 588 square feet with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. As you saw in the first image – it has a wonderful front porch! When you click on the Duck Blinds link you’ll see images of the real plan, both inside and out, which is such a big help!

When you step off this wonderful front porch and into the living room you are greeted with a sense of space. You walk from the living room to the kitchen, then bathroom to bedroom. There is a side door off of the kitchen, which brings in more light as well as gives you another entry space. In the images on Allison Ramsey’s site, you’ll see an addition of a screened back porch. I LOVE this idea and would be definitely on board with doing the same! It just increases your space (albeit outdoors), but still, it would be where I would spend a lot of time! Click on THIS PLAN below and scroll down through the many images. How wonderful!
