This is the Glenn Court House Plan by Our Town Plans for Southern Living (SL1889)! This plan is 2,260 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a study/flex space downstairs and a wonderful garage. You enter this plan via the entry porch and you walk into the kitchen/dining area, a glance to the left is the keeping room with fireplace. A wonderful place to hang out, and nice for the person cooking as well! There is a study/flex space with a full bathroom – which is the ultimate when all bedrooms are upstairs. In case it’s ever needed, this could easily double as a downstairs bedroom. You enter the staircase off of the living area near the keeping room.

Upstairs you’ll find a master bathroom with two walk in closets. #wootwoot The washer/dryer is located upstairs as well. It’s handy to fold clothes and be on the same floor. There are two additional bedrooms, bathrooms and walk-in closets. If you see any changes, Southern Living can help to modify the plan to work for you.
