The Meadow House plan is a clean and modern plan with great living spaces. This particular plan would look fabulous with a mix of interior design styles – really, the sky is the limit with this plan. I love the separated spaces, allowing guests to reside on one side, owners on the other, where they can come together and cook, chat, and live. This is a spectacular plan both inside and out, front and back. I love the layout. The Meadow is three sections with two glass hallways connecting them together. The halls are reminiscent of a dog trot plan, but are enclosed, which is nice. This is the back view – on the left is the master suite, on the right are the guest suites and connecting them is the living space (kitchen/living). Can you imagine this plan situated on a picturesque lot? It would be absolutely breathtaking!

This is the Meadow House plan by Prim Haus – this one-story plan is 2,813 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. It’s not too big, not too small. I’m not a fan of “overly open” plans – I think this is a nice mix of open concept without feeling like all the walls have been removed as you see in some flipped properties. #thoughtfuldesign

The entry for this plan is on the master suite side. You enter into a nice size entry space with closets. Just think how visually appealing this home would be to come home to, day after day, night after night. On the master suite side of the house (wow!) – there is a large master suite that you enter from the stunning hallway – a wonderful master bath with entry to a dressing room and a nearby washer/dryer. Love the little powder room off the entry as well.

The guest suite side of this plan, has two bedrooms, with a shared bathroom. There is a nice flex space that can be used as a living space (or so much more) for those staying there. Also: Notice the pantry!! I am always thrilled to see a pantry included in a plan. Who doesn’t need one?

There is also a very nice two car garage that enters into the guest suite side of the house. There is a mechanical room (next to the garage) – it’s tucked down a hallway towards the garage. So your guest spaces remain private and not near the garage.

The center of this plan is the living/kitchen space. I love the vaulted ceilings in this space with (four!) skylights – nice and bright! A wonderful fireplace and stunning windows complete this never-want-to-leave area. An expansive island with seating is so nice to have, for prepping, for projects, for a nice dinner together. Utter perfection. There is another pantry in the kitchen, woohoo! I would use the kitchen pantry for my most-used items, and then have the remaining supplies along with kitchen appliances that none of us have a place for in the other pantry near the guest suites. Can you imagine? Actually having a space for the kitchen electronics that you’ve purchased?
