House plans. I love them and I’m finally getting around to featuring another one. I think this plan has so much curb appeal. I love the peak and the Tudor influence. The porch is so different, so inviting! I love the lowness of it, no spindles/railings it’s just lovely! Read on, because the interior is just as fabulous as the exterior!

Wow. This is such a cool plan, I love it AND (you’re going to love this) – it has options! This is the Lark Cottage plan by C3 Studio. This plan (depending on which option you choose) is 2,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There are options for a basement, unfinished adds 688 square feet and heated gives you an additional bedroom and bathroom – as well as storage! Not to mention an additional 1,110 square feet. You enter into foyer of the Lark Cottage with a coat closet on your right hand side. The stairway is in front of you on your right leading to the upstairs living area. You walk through the living and dining to arrive at the kitchen area. There is a lovely pantry on your right (walk-in pantry!). On the right hand side of the back of the house there is a powder room (after the pantry), laundry room and mud room (who doesn’t need a mud room?!) You can also enter into the mud room from the garage.

The primary suite area is on the left side of the back of the home. You enter the bedroom across from the laundry room (very convenient!) Once in the bedroom if you turn to your left there is a wonderful bathroom complete with tub and beautiful shower – the walk in closet is past the bedroom towards the back of the house.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. Note the loft space a great area for an office, or for kids/guests to have their space to chill. This is a plan that can grow with you. Check out C3 studio, this plan, and real images of this plan built, wow!
