This is the 30 Staunton Crossing house plan by Our Town Plans. This plan is 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms with a master down. Let’s take a peek…

You enter this plan from the front porch into an entry hall. You’ll find the Main bedroom suite on the right and a powder room and laundry room on your left. From there you’ll walk into the open living/dining/kitchen space which is open to the screen porch. These are amazing spaces! The screen porch is partially wrap around, it’s a deep porch which is very accommodating furniture-wise.

Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms each with their own bedrooms and a space open to below. If you needed more space upstairs (probably not a lot of you would need this), I would flip flop and have the bathrooms near the back side of the house and move the opening to the bedrooms closer to the front of the house, that way you could easily close in the “open to below” above the entry and partition a space for another room – or use it as a living room for the upstairs occupants. A thought… I love playing with house plans. Every one of us uses a home differently. So it’s always good to know that a home can be tweaked to be the best for you and your family.
