This is the Belle View House Plan (153140) by Allison Ramsey Architects. This plan is 3,343 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. In my opinion, you could easily make another bedroom out of the study if needed. I love options! Let’s take a peek…
We talked about the fabulous porch that wraps around to the study which is lovely. When you enter this plan you have a direct site line through the house and onto the back porch/yard. On your right there is a living room, then study with closet (possible bedroom when needed?), powder room, kitchen and mud room by the back door. On the left side of this plan is the master suite with wonderful walk-in closet and master bath. Right outside the master suite is the laundry room which is very convenient. From there you’ll pass the stairway as you head into the great room and then onto another wonderful porch! I would screen at least the back porch and maybe the small side porch on the front. But that’s me, I love a nice screened porch – keeps the bugs at bay. Pretty fabulous plan, isn’t it? Let’s head on upstairs…
Once upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms on the front of the house each with a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. In the hallway there is another, larger, walk-in closet, great for storage. There are two additional walk-in closets in the bonus room. This house plan is a storage lovers dream! Keep your goods tucked away and organized. #lifeisgood
