Rethinking the cut mum idea…

Cut sunflowers in a vase, dining table, windows with green trees, paintings on wall

Isn’t this time of year the best? The cool temps, the light, the darker nights and the lighter mornings… It’s so perfect for a cozy day in or a beautiful day outside. One thing puzzles me, we had the coolest Halloween I can remember (here in Charleston), yet one big bad thing doesn’t make sense…

Damn mosquitoes! Mosquitoes on Halloween. Trying to hand out candy and they were flying all over the place. It was cool, it wasn’t humid, it was perfect like a dreamy Halloween as a kid (in Michigan, IYKYK) – I guess we’ve got a breed that lasts all seasons now?

Regarding the MUMS… I thought it was a great idea to snip a few mums and put them in a pretty little vase. It was so pretty. Then I looked over at my glass and there was a little something, then a few more, WAIT – they’re moving!!!! Damn bugs… Tiny bugs all over the table and the glass. 😳 #gottagocleanup #damnbugs #rethinkthecutmumidea

👩‍💻 Until next time… ✨ Take a moment to be grateful for at least one thing today – TODAY will be a good day, you’ve got this!
