A quick wrap with red cabbage, havarti and hummus!

My latest addiction… lunch each day consists of a homemade wrap (Trader Joe’s) heated for a few seconds on each side –  with a layer of hummus (Whole Foods), purple cabbage, and a slice of Havarti (Trader Joe’s or 365 from Whole Foods) – sometimes I add sliced cucumber or green onion – add whatever sounds good. Purple cabbage is so good for you – I read an article that said you should eat it every day, always add it to a sandwich/wrap, etc.

It’s sweet. Taste it! Green cabbage not so much – stick with the purple cabbage!
