Well, it’s Thursday, and you know what that means? A featured house plan! And, I have to say, it’s a beauty!!

I think this plan has so much curb appeal. I love how the front porch wraps around to the side, where there is also a door that leads to the dining room. A really nice feature, especially with chilly weather is to have an outdoor fireplace. Sweet!

How wonderful to walk in the front door to a grand entry hall. Wonderful! I like that this plan has a master bedroom/bathroom downstairs. This is a house that you can grow old in, and that is a comforting feeling! The living/kitchen area is open as is the dining off the kitchen. The living room is ample and when you really look at this plan, it’s great for entertaining – many places to mingle.

Added bonus is a mudroom as you come in the backdoor near the laundry area, as well as a powder room. Perfect if you’re working in the yard and want to avoid traipsing through the house!

The upstairs is quite wonderful with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a reading nook that looks like a wonderful quiet place to hang out with a good book.
