Holy Cow!

Walking by our local yoga studio, Holy Cow, in Charleston, SC I spotted their latest sign. They always put thought provoking quotes on their sign – and I love to share them.

This is so true. If you are blessed with more than you need in life, instead of building fences and shutting people out, invite them to sit at your table. Life is too short not to.

Whether it be a meal, a plate of cookies, a serving of dinner delivered to someones house – share when you can. It can make your day and make someone else’s day.

Remember… you never know what people are going through. Some small gesture, even a smile, can make a huge difference in someone’s day.
