View at Botany Bay – Edisto, SC!

Botany Bay Plantation Wildlife Management Area – located on Edisto Island, SC is a place that looks like it’s back in time. Unspoiled beaches and a wildlife sanctuary that is home to so many creatures.

Botany Bay is stunning to drive through. Our last visit we were limited with time so we drove through the loop and took in the beauty. There wasn’t time for a visit to the beach, but I HIGHLY recommend it! The beach is unspoiled. You cannot take a shell with you, you leave everything as it is. #leavenotrace

While driving through, this scene struck me. The light hitting the ferns and the towering trees, it was just beautiful! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder they say, but if you look around and notice the little things, you will quickly find they are spectacular! The vibrant greens, the stoic feel of the trees. #mesmerizing
