This plan was created for Southern Living House Plans. This is such a fabulous plan with a master suite down, an open dining/kitchen/living area. I like how the garage is separate from the house and the trellis connector is a nice addition! It’s always handy to have a mud room – ahhh, yes, this is one heck of a home!

The upstairs is equally as nice. Two bedrooms with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom as well as a study nook. Woohoo! Our Town Plans has thought of everything! I think the upstairs adds charm to this plan.
