What a fabulous screened porch! Can you imagine if this home was situated on the water (or other wonderful view)? I think I could spend most of my time on these porches. I love imagining us living in different spaces. What furniture we would bring, how we would set up each room to make it the best use of space for us. The porches on this home are fabulous. I love a good screened porch which allows you to be outside no matter the bugs, because you’re safe inside, but really outside. I like the open living, kitchen area of this home as well as the downstairs master, a wonderful laundry room and a PANTRY really makes me happy! There are great storage options in this plan.

The upstairs has three additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Bedrooms with different sizes of closet space, which is interesting, yet practical. A smaller room is typically an office or a child’s room needing less closet space than a larger bedroom. I love that there is accessible attic space, especially if the attic is insulated. (I once left Christmas candles in the Christmas box in our attic in Charleston, SC – the next year, I pulled out melted candles and many ornaments (painted glass) that just couldn’t handle the heat that a summer in Charleston can provide). #lessonlearned – Check out:
