What a spectacular plan. Not too big, not too small, just right. Porches ALWAYS draw my attention, especially a screened porch! I think the dormers add such charm. This is another wonderful plan for Southern Living by Moser Design Group!
This is the Tidewater Cottage (SL1420) by Moser Design Group for Southern Living. This plan is 2,196 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The perfect amount of space to be together and to get away to your own spot to read, work, create, workout, etc.
A master bedroom downstairs is always nice. I know many people are finding it difficult to age in place when the master is upstairs. I always try to think ahead. Perhaps too cautious sometimes, but then again, I’m not 20…
This porch (as I mentioned) has a wonderful front porch, a small back porch and a to-die-for screened side porch. This is an open living, dining, kitchen plan which is nice when you all want to be together. There is also a wonderful den, which is where you would find me (if I wasn’t in the kitchen). Private, quiet, an oasis to read, write (or work if you are WFH these days).
Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom. There is also a multitude of attic space, which is always nice! A Jack and Jill bathroom, which provides entry to both bedrooms and a private water closet make it especially useful. Another fabulous plan by Moser Design Group!
