Who doesn’t love a good house plan? I mean seriously, there is so much thought that goes into a plan. For me, it’s the layout – what works best for each of us. We all have key elements that we love (or not) – and since we are all different, and our tastes are different, there are house plans for everyone. I feature plans that I personally like, and this is definitely one of them. The lines of this house are fabulous!
This is the Alexander Place house plan by John Tee. This plan is 2,593 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. You walk into a generous foyer in this plan, which is open to the dining/family/kitchen areas. The master suite is to the left. I like a master bedroom downstairs personally… kitchen (with pantry!), powder room, and laundry area off to the right near the garage entrance.
Upstairs you’ll find 2 bedrooms, each with an accompanying bathroom. There is also an open loft area, which gives you so much flexibility as well as a bonus area which offers expansion if needed.
