Anna Mason, she’s not only a very talented artist – she excels at sharing her knowledge. Her website is packed full of information. You’ll see she mentions why many people say they don’t paint – a lot of it is the set up/clean up, no dedicated space to do it in. Enter the watercolor medium. Easily done anywhere! #perfect!
Sweet Peas After Rain is such a sweet painting – It caught my eye immediately (along with so many others!) Stunning paintings with gorgeous color! Anna also has prints available in case that’s more your wheelhouse.
I can see why this English artist (UK) has such a following. Who wouldn’t want to buy a beautiful painting OR learn how to paint using Anna’s tried and true technique?
Visit Anna’s website to see more of her work, see her portfolio, read her painting tips, take a free class, read her blog and so much more… also check out her Instagram (@annamasonart) – beautiful work!
ANNA’S BIO
I began botanical painting in 2006 – without any lessons! Just 18 months later I won a Gold Medal from the Royal Horticultural Society for Botanical Art.
And within 2 years I was exhibiting at the Chelsea Flower Show having given up my day-job to paint full time.
Since then I’ve exhibited extensively in the UK and also in the US and have established an online School where I teach people from all over the world to paint in my style.
My botanical paintings and Limited Editions have found homes in public and private collections across the world. You can read some reviews here.
And you can find out more about me, view a huge portfolio of my work, and even take a free watercolour video class over at AnnaMasonArt.com.”
