I think this garage plan/living space has a cool vibe to it. Love all the windows and the outside porch area. This plan looks like a building that you would find in a historic district in a cool, cultural city. Picture this plan nestled among older homes with similar outbuildings. I think the size of new construction is important when nestled amongst older homes – so important to keep the natural rhythm of the architecture. In the right neighborhood, this would fit so nicely. The upstairs living area is fabulous and very, very livable!
Queen’s Cottage (22594)is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom (possible) and 2 car garage. The upstairs area measures 1,076 square feet. This plan has a nice storage area and an entry staircase to the upstairs living area. Just like a regular garage but with the added benefit of a large porch. I would set up a coffee bar and have a little fridge for my coffee cream. hehe #alwaysthinkin
Upstairs you walk into the great room which is open to the kitchen. Tucked out of the way is a nice laundry and closet area. Both the bedroom and the bunk room have a walk in closet. The bunk room is located right off the kitchen. If you don’t need a bunk room, it might be a nice place for extra storage, an office, a studio or a place to read. I love options – and Allison Ramsey gives you plenty. If you see something you would like changed you can work with them to modify
