Pigeon Forge House Plan by C3 Studio!

Pigeon Forge House Plan by C3 Studio

Sharp house plan, isn’t it (and it’s so much larger than it looks!) – This plan has a main floor and basement living (so much living to be done in this basement, wow!) – Personally, I could do with the main floor (for the two of us) and be beyond thrilled. However, if you have a larger family, this could be a dream come true!

This is the Pigeon Forge house plan by C3 Studio. This plan is 4,611 square feet, with 5 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. The main floor is 2,365 square feet and the basement is 2,246 square feet. Plenty of space for everyone! Let’s take a peek at the plan…

Upstairs – Pigeon Forge House Plan by C3 Studio

You enter this plan via the stoop, where you enter into the foyer. The primary suite is on the right side of this house. From front to back, it’s the bathroom, two closets (one on each side of entry into bathroom) and the bedroom. On the left side of the foyer is a second bedroom or office space (I would use it like a library), after that there is a closet, and bathroom which is near the bedroom. At the end of the foyer is the living room (with fireplace)/dining/kitchen area. A quick walk through the kitchen on the way to the garage and you’l pass the laundry room, mud room with a nice bench and closet, powder room and PANTRY!!

Basement Level – Pigeon Forge House Plan by C3 Studio

You can access the basement from the main level foyer just before you get to the kitchen. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a nice size family room with fireplace. Storage areas are carved out wherever possible. I wasn’t kidding when I said there is a lot of living to be done in this basement, right?
