One (of the many) things that I love about Allison Ramsey’s plans is the fact that they can fit into an existing neighborhood and blend seamlessly. This home can easily look as if it’s been there for a long time and maintained meticulously. It’s important (to me) when building in an older neighborhood. This is the Duval house plan by Allison Ramsey Architects, number 153144 (there are several different versions). This plan is 1,906 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms.
Upon entering this plan you’ll step into the living room and on to the dining room (with a powder room on the other side of the stairway). Beyond the dining room is the fabulous kitchen area with a walk in pantry (jealous!). There is a laundry room located behind the kitchen. The master suite is located on the right side of this plan. Let’s check out the upstairs…
Upstairs you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with a walk in closet, and a shared bathroom. Notice the loft space! This can be a cozy space for kids to watch TV, or… use your imagination! I love spaces that can be multifunctional!
This house plan (and the majority of Allison Ramsey Architects plans) will fit in beautifully in existing neighborhoods or on their own. You can make changes to make it feel like your very own.
