What a beautiful house plan in a spectacular setting. The live oak trees and Spanish moss bring it to life! I love how you can use every bit of this house – not to mention the porches (one open, one screened)! This home exudes charm and character on every level.
This is the Sequoyah house plan by Allison Ramsey Architects. This plan is 1,801 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms (plus a powder room). Let’s take a peek…
On the first floor you enter via the wonderful front porch into the living room. The right side of this plan is living space. The living room is open to the dining, which is open to the kitchen (complete with island). You have the desirable sightline from one room to another to see what’s going on in each room. Perfect for those with small children or mischievous animals!
The left side of this plan are the steps, the laundry, powder room and the master suite. Both the kitchen and the master suite have door that open to the deep screened porch. So much living can be done outside – this space is spectacular.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms which share a bathroom and a sitting area, which makes the perfect living space for kids, and it gives you other options! Which is exciting to me.
