Charm, and oodles of it. This plan is a delight. It’s not always easy to find a house plan that will fit seamlessly into an established neighborhood where the hope is to have the character flow and not stand out. A beautiful home isn’t it? We see many homes similar to this in Charleston, SC. Beautiful. With large porches to accommodate a variety of seating configurations so time on the porch is well spent and comfortable. Oh, so comfortable! Grab an iced tea and swing on the porch, read a book, take a nap – life is good! This is a great plan to fit in many established neighborhoods and blend in nicely.

263 Bohicket Street. Elegant. Stately. This is a gorgeous plan that is 3,623 square feet of heated space (and if you include the unheated space it jumps to 4,245′) with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Leave it to Our Town Plans… they have such stunning plans!
There is a whole lot of living going on here, that’s for sure! A wonderful screen porch (look at the size of it!), that’s a dream come true all by itself! This plan is more formal in that it is somewhat open, yet it also gives you the separate spaces for a dining room and a living room or office. The kitchen includes a wonderful pantry and desk area which is nice for a laptop with recipes! The keeping room with the French doors and a fireplace, just looks like a wonderful place to be!
The upstairs master has a wonderful terrace, wow, can you imagine! It’s nice that the master is one side of the upstairs and the two bedrooms are on the opposite side, separated by the staircase and the laundry room. Good planning, as always!
