This is the Sand Crab Cottage Plan (16404-15) by Allison Ramsey Architects – and it’s a beauty! This plan is 2,275 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Great windows and that porch! Wow! A fabulous front porch and a smaller screened porch off the back of the house. The best of both worlds!
The main floor is quite wonderful – this plan has a master suite downstairs which is always nice. An open Living/Dining/Kitchen area with a nearby powder room tucked underneath the stairway. I love when space is used efficiently! The Sand Room must be like a Mud Room – for a beach area. A useful room no matter what you call it!
The upstairs has two Bedrooms each with their own Bathrooms and walk in Closets – in addition to these rooms there is a Media room – perfect for another space to gather – and a Sleeping Porch! Can you imagine? On those beautiful evenings sleeping out on the porch would be heavenly! A lot of thinking went into this plan!
