The St. George Cottage House Plan by John Tee!

This is the St. George Cottage house plan by John Tee! This plan is 1,610 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I love the exterior – and oh! The interior is fabulous as well! There is a front porch and an optional covered porch across the back of the house. The dormers add such charm, don’t they?

I love the layout of this plan. Master Bedroom on one side and two additional bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. Washer and dryer is located close to the Master Bedroom. There is a nice size Kitchen (and kitchen sink in front of a window, woohoo!), open to the Dining and Living Rooms.

I would opt for the covered porch in the back – It would be a beautiful addition, especially as you walk in the front door  – giving a nice site line straight through to the outdoors!

One option for bedroom 3, if you don’t need it as such, is to use it as a study (with a door connecting to the foyer) and to convert its private bath to a small workout room or hobby room or whatever makes sense for that space.

    1. Great ideas Richard. What’s so nice about these plans is that you can make them fit how you live which is so important! We all have different wants and needs, and these plans can be made to be your perfect home!

Thank you, Barbara. In reviewing my remarks, I could have stated “study or home office”, and the door would be located opposite the foyer closet for maximum privacy from the rest of the house if it were a home office.
