Bowens Island Restaurant – Charleston, SC – it’s an icon and a favorite place for the best shrimp ever (not to mention a stunning view!) – I took this photo when we arrived, shortly before 5PM – the view only got better from this point on. I had to keep walking out of the restaurant to take another sunset photo.

What a peaceful place to paddle board or fish – it’s so quiet and stunningly beautiful. We are thankful to live in such a stunning location!

Bowens Island closes on Sunday/Monday – so they’re open today in case you have a hankering for some good seafood 😉
