Out on walk the other morning 🙄 – I’m walking to my “fast walking” station on Spotify. I was zipping along until I stumbled (literally) upon this view. I thought I would let my heart catch up with my head after almost going *splat* so I stopped and did what any sane person would do – I took a photo….

I’ve taken plenty of photos from this spot, the view is ever changing – always beautiful. We live in such a spectacular area. On a short walk you can see so much beauty. Very fortunate. Even when driving around Charleston, instead of stressing so much about the traffic, take the time to appreciate the stunning views from almost everywhere.

I assure you there is nothing taken for granted around here. We truly appreciate everything around us. Just trying to keep it all OK (i.e. the trees, trying to protect them from everything that’s going on can be a nightmare at times). Respect what’s around you – if you don’t want to see it, pick it up or move it. Plant something pretty. Live is too short to live with ugly. It’s worth a few minutes spent to make whatever you have nice.

I saw a woman pull in a parking spot the other day, she took up two lanes, opened her door and dropped her cigarette to the ground. 🤦‍♀️ R-E-S-P-E-C-T the Earth, please… #dontbethatwoman #shameonya

😵‍💫 Post election results. Wow. I mentioned above to respect what’s around you (Earth, trees, etc). Please keep in mind that this life we’re living isn’t a comedic show – making fun of / bullying people does not make you look better. Respect those around you as well as what’s around you… You never know what people are going through.
