What a house, right? The Ramble is a great name for this plan. Those steep rooflines absolutely make this house over the top! This plan has a nice front porch, a large back deck as well as a stunning screened porch with a fireplace – what a dream! There are great images via the links below…

This is the Ramble Farmhouse (SL2052) created by Beau Clowney for Southern Living. This plan is 3,643 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. Despite being an open plan (Living/Kitchen and Dining/Kitchen) there are many rooms in this house where you can get away if you’d like some quiet – or another place to study or watch a movie.

There is a nice foyer when you walk in, with a powder room to the right. If you walk through the foyer you’ll be injured the living/kitchen area – there is a sitting room on the other side of the living room, which leads to a library on the front of the house. You can also access the main bedroom via the sitting room, with a walk-in closet and master bath to follow. There is a small guest room on the front left of the house with a private bath. The kitchen has one heck of a butler’s pantry – storage galore! A dining room near the porch with views to the outdoor deck (large). From the outdoor large deck you can access the back door (mud room) with washer and dryer. See what I mean about being an open plan but also a plan with walls, which I happen to like.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Both rooms have great windows that overlook the back of the house. Can you imagine this much space? Wow. Take a peek at the link for this plan below to see more images!
