Every once in a while it’s nice to get out of your own setting – see something different, even though it may be nearby. My husband and I stopped and had a nice lunch and then thought a drive might be nice – get out and see something different. I ended up taking a lot of photos as the conditions were near perfection!

I do not take for granted where we live – I truly believe the trees MAKE this area, especially in our neighborhood. The nearby marshes, oceans, etc. only add to the #wow factor. This was an exceptionally calm day which made the water look like glass with the reflections. Cool to see a mirrored reflection. As the day went on the clouds were large and billowy. Perfect for photos. We headed out towards Edisto, SC (didn’t go to the beach), we just took a nice drive – it was perfect. We took this little drive back in August, took another to McClellanville a month or two ago – it’s fun to get out and find a new place to eat, and see different scenery!
