Apparently I don’t take photos of myself – as I’m the “photographer” in the family there aren’t many photos of me (thankfully). So I’m borrowing a photo from a few years ago when we celebrated my birthday at The Swag in Waynesville, NC (also known as “Heaven on Earth”)! This will be a different birthday for me, SO MUCH going on (moving), so much to do and the non-stop thinking about it all isn’t making for the best sleep, but we’ll get through it, arrive in a different state a few weeks from now, and then we can celebrate my birthday. That’s a much better timeline for sure!

Even though I’m too busy to celebrate this trip around the sun, I am so thankful for it! We’re in the (MAJOR) midst of packing for a cross-country move and let me tell you, after 31 years in this house – it’s a lot (and we aren’t packrats)! My brain is exhausted from making so many decisions (downsizing as well), thankful to have Fred by my side. It will be an exciting move, a time to explore other areas of the country and see SEASONS again (not to mention FAMILY)! While it will be hard to leave family and friends here, it’s not goodbye, it’s I’ll see you soon! #wellbebacktovisit
So for now it’s #justanotherbirthday but I’m sure we will celebrate once we get settled – no rush!
