This recipe is one of our favorites! Med Pasta with Shrimp, Feta, Spinach Pasta, Artichokes and Red Peppers! We are so fortunate to be able to buy the most amazing shrimp any time of year. We buy it local, and it’s always a treat. Boiled, oven-baked, or in a pasta – you cannot go wrong!
