Now THIS is a great home for people with a large family. Spaces to gather and spaces to get away from it all. Lots of privacy, and wonderful porches, which is always so important! I believe they have thought of everything – you’ll see – take a peek at the house plan… Notice the wrap around porch on the left!
This is the Wine Style house plan (13349) by Allison Ramsey Architects. This plan is 2,975 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. I love how this home is open (living/kitchen/dining) but not too open, there is a nice study, and wonderful spaces that are so useful (mud/laundry room off of front/side porch) – which is brilliant! The kitchen has a nice size pantry and there is ample closet space, love that! The master is located down, notice the large walk in closet! Nice, hmmmm?
The upstairs has two bedrooms that share a bath and one bedroom with it’s own bathroom. Very nice indeed. Great space for kids or adults alike! A haven for guests. #whatadream

The dining room is a worthless size. You could not use it for more than 2 people comfortably. Why not a door from the master into the closet. As it one would have to walk through the bathroom to use the closet.
Usually the Ramsey architects do much better than this.
