This is a memory… a good Christmas memory. Fred and I went for a drive on Christmas back in 2005. He told me to close my eyes until he reached his destination… there was going to be a surprise.

Sherri Cassell. Her pastels are magical aren’t they? Well, so are her oil paintings! The bright pops of orange are stunning. Ojai Meadows – What a beautiful location! That’s one thing, plein air painters see some beautiful countryside, don’t they? We should be more like them, keeping our eyes out for the beautiful things in life! Clouds and Granite by Liana Steinmetz 16×20″ Oil – Framed in Maple Hardwood FloaterLiana Steinmetz. Her style is unique, I like that. It’s not easy to be different in a world full of artists! These trees are happy and wonderful! All the different colors add a little something that makes this painting very special! I am loving this painting!
