This toasted (under the broiler) sandwich is quick to throw together with just a few ingredients. It’s also fabulous tasting. I used healthy (store bought) bread, had a ripe avocado (do you know the trick for keeping them good for a long time?) – Give this a try, I think you’ll love it!

What have you been doing? Oh, not much, just deleting overhead power lines from a beautiful image, sigh… In this area where I snapped this photo while driving by (as the passenger) it was riddled with power lines. So many of them. I don’t have technical wizardry to remove these things, I erase a little at a time until *poof* it’s gone!

Stunning plan. The exterior is exquisite. The shake roof is so beautiful. So many details make this plan one that will be around for generations. I usually try to feature homes that can fit into existing older neighborhoods so that the flow, rhythm and character remains. Hank Buffington – a fabulous artist with a great sense of humor. His paintings reflect the beauty found in nature & life. Sachuest Sunrise (above) is a particularly difficult one to paint (to me), so many similar colors – you really have to know what you’re doing. I love the light on the water, the rocks and sense of distance and the sky which makes the water feel as if it goes on forever.

We were heading back from Charlotte, NC yesterday and I saw “PEACE” painted on an overpass. How timely. Is there anything we should wish for more than this? Isn’t this a stunning house plan? A master suite downstairs (as well as everything you can imagine!) I love this image of theirs, so dramatic.
