Aren’t these the coolest? One of these was given to me years ago and I love it. I place a small tea light (with a base so there is no cleanup) and light it. When friends and family members need special prayers I light it. Reminds me of lighting a candle at church. We met recently with an antique dealer, she told us what these are called, do you know?

Have you seen this mineral water in stores near you? It’s so refreshing – I’m not a big mineral water (or anything fizzy for that matter) person, but this is different, it’s delicious. It’s also no calories. It comes in a beautiful green bottle (which is part of the fun I think!) – A handful of daisies would look nice popping out of the top. #reuse

I looked at my phone to read my post for today… Surprise! There was no post! 🤦♀️ I flipped through my recent images and found this photo of an old stool that I took. Our home has a mix of Mid-Century Modern classics, a few antiques (gorgeous pine and some other pieces). I love our mix of old and new.

“We’re Here For You, As Always” – was posted on a sign on one of the pillars in the parking garage where the COVID vaccines were being administered. I have to give Roper the highest of accolades when it comes to stepping up and getting people vaccinated (without even getting out of the car!), and doing so in a calm, extremely organized way. HIGH FIVE, Roper St. Francis Healthcare!

Keith Thomson. An incredible artist and more! I checked out his website (so interesting!) and absolutely love his paintings. They are so different. They’re fun and spirited. Some of you will remember these funny hair dryers (still in use today) – you know, I wish I had one, ha ha. Then I could have my coffee and read while my hair is drying! #winwin

Wysteria, plentiful here in Charleston, SC. The aroma that drifts through the air is enticing. If you’re walking down the street it will stop you in your tracks and make you search for where the heaven scent (pun intended) is coming from! Wysteria is a vine (that you need to keep in check). Spring is when it shines in all its glory!

Isn’t this house plan a beauty (and you haven’t even seen the interior!)? This plan was originally built on Martha’s Vineyard I believe. Can you imagine? A breathtaking view, a screened porch, an outdoor shower… the list goes on. Wait until you see the interior images. #wow

Hello, y’all! Well, I’m happy to inform you that you’ve made it through the middle of the week, hang in there, Friday is on the horizon! I’m sure many of you are familiar with Adele’s (the singer) hit song, “Hello”. When I saw this image, that’s what came to mind. I’m also thinking about changing my voicemail message to: “Hello, it’s me!”, hehe, kidding…

I was walking through our back room late in the afternoon. I saw the violets on a little table near the sun, happy as can be – I noticed the shadow of one of them against the wall. It was dark and vibrant. This photo was taken a few moments later. Much lighter, but I think it has more depth to it.

The other night we were out running an errand. The sky was phenomenal – everyone going about their lives, entwined in whatever life has brought their way. Some are busy, some carefree – some going to or coming home from work. Others are taking care of others, whether their children or parents. Life can be so busy. Whether it be their children, friends or relatives…

The vast skyline is pretty, isn’t it? I love the dark of the landscape against the colors in the sky. Snapped this on the way home one evening (as a passenger in the car, not the driver) 😉 Magnificent, isn’t it? There is the round landmark hotel in the distance.

A pretty fabulous painting, isn’t it? What struck me right away was the brightness of the grass, that beautiful sun-kissed golden color and above it the dark trees which just makes the grass area that much more brilliant. I happened upon a similar scene on a morning walk recently and backed up to get a shot. Stunning!

Well! Winter went by quickly, don’t you think? We’ve had buds on trees and shrubs for a while now. It’s so beautiful to see. I like Spring, it’s a pretty time – the scents wafting from the various plants smell divine! It can be pollen filled, but still beautiful!
