This home is a beauty, isn’t it? Look at all the details! It’s the perfect plan for a newer area but it also fits in so nicely in an established neighborhood! It looks like a well-built, gorgeous home that was built long ago but kept in perfect condition. Established neighborhoods are so nice, you have larger trees and everything around it has already been figured out and perfected. You can live the best of both worlds. New house, older neighborhood… #sweet!

Charm. Oodles of charm. The screen porch is such a nice addition. I like that you have both screened and not screened porches. This plan seems like such a lovely place to be. It would nestle in nicely in an existing neighborhood with big trees and other, similar, very nice homes.

Having a nice poolhouse is the perfect compliment to a wonderful swimming pool. A poolhouse can be used to relax, entertain, or even to use as a studio or work from home office! I love the cupola. A poolhouse takes a pool to the next level I think!

Aren’t these the coolest? One of these was given to me years ago and I love it. I place a small tea light (with a base so there is no cleanup) and light it. When friends and family members need special prayers I light it. Reminds me of lighting a candle at church. We met recently with an antique dealer, she told us what these are called, do you know?

We have a palm tree in our backyard that popped up on its own. You see them all over the Lowcountry. I love the tropical flair they bring to the yard. They start just as a tropical growth, palmy looking more like a plant. They grow quickly, provide shade and the most wonderful relaxing sounds when there is the slightest wind. #itmakestheyardanoasis

This is a townhouse plan. Unique, and can be absolute perfection in so many cases. The floor plans are flip flopped for each. You enter via the front door for the plan on the right, walk into a kitchen, dining and living space. For the left side, you enter via the back, and into the same rooms. Which means the living area is in the front of the plan on the left and the kitchen is in the front of the plan on the right. I really like seeing only one door. Both are two story.
